Ice cream for dessert
Why it’s tricky: once in a while, no problem, but if you end up with ice cream at each meal, that’s still a lot of sugar and excess fat…
The parade: if you like big chocolate sticks, Magnum type or frozen Snickers, you allow yourself this delicacy once a week. The rest of the time, we prefer a single scoop of sorbet, much less greasy, or even better, a homemade ice cream based on yogurt or petit-Suisse: we incorporate fruit cut into pieces before planting a stick in it and putting everything in the freezer. And for another lovely and naturally sweet dessert, we think of summer fruits (peaches, nectarines, apricots, strawberries…).
