A wrong position for several hours in the car, the train, or the plane, is as many tensions accumulate. And it is most often our lower back that suffers, mainly because the lower back tends to roll up when we sit for a long time. However, this “rolling up” is not physiological and causes pressure on the discs. Better to keep your lower back slightly arched during the trip without exaggerating (we respect our natural physiology).
