I’m greedy
Whether you are a salty or a sweet tooth, enjoying small sweets at the table is essential for you! To refine yourself, you must succeed in satisfying your taste buds without falling into nibbling.
On the plate
Even if you pay attention to your diet, keep a little moment of pleasure a day.
Chocolate lover? Yes, to a big square, either for lunch with coffee or in the evening in front of the TV… but taste it instead of swallowing it.
Rather salty? Treat yourself to a 40 g piece of good cheese (no question of choosing light, you will lose taste). On the other hand, avoid temptations by not leaving the open box of chocolates or the cheese platter lying in front of your nose. Take your portion and store the rest! At the restaurant or in the canteen, try not to have a dessert (excluding fruit) systematically, but first ask yourself: am I hungry enough to appreciate it? Let yourself be tempted only when it is, even if it means sharing it with a colleague…
Sports side
An activity, such as yoga, can help you be more in tune with your body and your feelings: interesting to better distinguish between hunger and gluttony. Cardio activities (running, dance fitness, cycling or elliptical, etc.) are ideal for burning calories and compensating for small gourmet pleasures without gaining weight.
