I got burned (or sunburned)
St. John’s wort macerate: both anti-inflammatory, to soothe pain, and healing, to repair the skin. Soak a sterile compress with the macerate (Aroma-Zone, Compagnie des sens…), place it on the burn, cover with a strip and renew this dressing every day. Then, do not expose the area to the sun for 24 hours because St. John’s wort is photosensitizing and can cause stains.
Aloe vera gel: it soothes and regenerates the skin. Place a dab of aloe vera gel (organic and 99 or 100% pure) on the burn and massage gently. If you have aloe vera available, cut a leaf in half, collect the transparent gel from the plant (not the yellowish sap) and place it on the burn.
