Three deep breaths are enough to change your mindset for the rest of the day. Inhale through the belly, expanding it, then feel the air rise, letting the ribs extend, finally visualize it in the chest. As you exhale, the chest lowers, the ribs tighten, and, ultimately, the belly pushes out the rest of the air, fading away.
