Yoga postures improve the flexibility of the body gently. Here are some tips to help you prepare for yoga.

Start on all fours. On an exhale, bring the pelvis back to rest the buttocks on the heels, rest the forehead on the ground and keep the arms stretched in front of you (or get the components backward along the body). Stay five long, deep breaths. Place your hands flat on the ground next to your shoulders and unroll your back vertebra by vertebra to go up—ideal for stretching the back after a required posture.
